Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons is the ultimate in decadence, offering the famous Raymond Blanc Michelin Starred restaurant and luxurious accomodation on the outskirts of Oxford. Le Manoir is set in an old Manor house in beautiful gardens, including a kitchen garden used to supply fresh fruit and vegetables to the kitchen. Raymond Blanc also offers a cooking school for French, Italian, Indian and other cuisines but it is advised to book this in advance. Raymond Blanc can often be seen at the Manoir Aux Quat Saison or his other establishment, the Petit Blanc in the centre of Oxford.

If you are looking for a boutique hotel in Oxford this is the one for you. Malmaison Oxford Castle was formerly a prison and this has been made a core part of the decor at this extraordinary hotel. The Old Bank Hotel provides modern, comfortable and stylish accommodation in Oxford. The building was converted from a former high street bank to form the modern bank hotel and restaurant retaining many of the original architectural features. Located on the High St, the Old Bank was the first hotel to be created in the centre of Oxford for 135 years and offers the best of both the historic old city and is in a great location for exploring the University. Most of the 42 rooms were created with spectacular views for guests to enjoy Oxford's famous skyline of towers and spires although it has been reported that some of the rooms are quite small. Where possible the original features of the bank have been kept in the new hotel. The ground floor of the hotel hosts the popular Quod Brasserie. This modern bistro style restaurant normally has a good atmosphere every day of the week and serves fresh modern British dishes from breakfast onwards, the emphasis is on good quality seasonal produce, and an excellent atmosphere.
