Bodelian Library, Oxford

The Bodleian Library is the main research library of the University of Oxford and is reputed to be one of the oldest libraries in Europe, and in England is second in size only to the British Library. The library was founded by Sir Thomas Bodley and dates from the sixteenth century or earlier.
