Animated Quick Guide
The short flash animation to the left of this text gives you an overview of how the website works. The screen shots below provide a step by step guide on how to operate tour in a day.

Step 1
Selection of items is done with a windows explorer style navigation menu. Simply click the plus sign to the left of the folder you are interested in eg. Hotels to see a full list of hotels available in Oxford. Use the small check box to the left of the items to display their location on the map. Un-check the box to remove the item from the map. Items selected will also appear in your "tour rucksack" below the navigation menu.

Step 2
When you click the checkbox in stage 1 above an icon representing the type of item you have selected is displayed on the map. If you wish to find out more information about this item simply click the icon to display an information window. Further details are displayed on tabs within the information window.

Step 3
Items selected in stage 1 above are appear in your "Tour Rucksack" as well as on the map. The items appearing in your rucksack are used to generate a personalised tour that you can print and bring with you. To generate the tour simply click the button "Generate Tour" and wait for detailed information to be displayed in a printable format.

Step 4
A user friendly, printable page is displayed with all the information you have selected for your trip to Oxford. Simply use your browsers print function to create your own hardcopy.
